Hydrophilic soft smooth silicone oil MT-616A

Product Overview:

This product is a water-soluble emulsion of amino, polyether modified polysiloxane high molecular polymer, which can be used as a fabric finishing agent, yarn smoothness, and in personal care products, with excellent performance, good water solubility, minimal yellowing, and stability.

Product Features:

1. It is suitable for all types of fibers, especially for cotton, Tencel, PLA and their blended fabrics.

2) Fabrics treated with this product can achieve a comfortable, soft, silky hand feel and excellent water-absorbing properties.

3) It has good stability within the pH range of 3-10 and can be used in garment washing processes and continuous dipping and rolling processes.

4. At high temperatures, it does not discolor, especially suitable for white or light-colored and sensitive-colored cotton fabrics.

Application Process:

MT-616A is a water-soluble organosilicon emulsion that can be diluted and used directly. It can be used in the process of dipping and rolling and the water washing process of finished garments. The padding process is as follows:

Padding － Drying － Baking Continuous method (for cotton fabrics and their blends)

MT-616A 30– 100 g

pH 5.0 ~7.0

                    Padding rate: 65 - 85%
                    Drying and baking temperature and time: 100 ~ 185 °C x 1-3 minutes
