Mosquito Repellent Finishing Agent QW

Product Overview:

QW Anti-mosquito Finishing Agent is a new, eco-friendly and safe hygiene finishing agent. This product ensures excellent insect repellent effects and effectively prevents bites from mosquitoes, bees, ticks, bed bugs and other harmful insects. It has a long-lasting effect and enhances the value of fabrics. While ensuring effective insect repellency, it also has good antibacterial properties after testing.

Physical and Chemical Properties:

Appearance: pale yellow, semi-transparent, viscous liquid

Ionicity: Anionic

pH Value: 6.0-6.5

Compatibility: Compatible with most products, please test in advance in a laboratory.

Product Performance and Application Range:

1. Effectively prevent bites from oviparous pests (mosquitoes, bees, ticks, bed bugs, etc.)

2. Long-lasting and effective, excellent water-resistance, with good repellency rate;

3. It can inhibit the reproduction of mites, harmful bacteria and fungi.

4. Can be applied to various fiber fabrics without yellowing;

5. It meets environmental requirements.

Application techniques:

This product is anionic in nature, so it is not recommended to soften the fabric in the tank when using this product. After the fabric comes out of the tank, it needs to be treated for mosquitoes first. When treating, it cannot be soaked in softeners or silicone oil together with other softeners or silicone oil, and it needs to be defined separately.

The padding method:

Dosage: 30-50 g/l

Liquid content: 80 - 90%

Drying/Fixing: 150 - 170℃

The pH of the immersion dyeing liquid: 6.0

Product Packaging and Storage:

125Kg plastic drum packaging. Store in a cool place.
